Recap on February
Hi Blogosphere...well another month gone and only one of my goals met (recipes). I would have come close to the 20km walking but I am going to blame not being well enough to do much in the early part of the month. Have walked every day for the past 5 days increasing the intensity and the distance each day and will continue to do so. I haven't made it to the gym however as there is some more wet weather coming I am sure I will in the coming week. My tummy is a lot better and I am looking forward to getting a more structured eating plan from my Naturpath on Monday. I'll report back after that visit and let you know what she has to say.
